The On-Site Property Consultation brings Raymond Sampson directly to your property for a hands-on review of your project. This session is designed for homeowners, landlords, contractors, and property managers who need professional guidance based on an in-person assessment of the site.

How It Works

- Raymond Sampson will meet you on-site at the scheduled time.
Consultation Policy
Payment is required before the appointment is confirmed. Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments and late cancellations are nonrefundable. Sessions end at the scheduled time. On-site appointments may include travel charges.
Up to $50 of a qualifying consultation fee may be credited toward a project of $500 or more when an agreement is signed and the required deposit is paid within seven calendar days. Restrictions apply.
Recommendations are based on information and conditions observed at the time of the visit. Customers are responsible for verifying permits, codes, HOA requirements, utility markings, and all applicable regulations.
