Payment Policy

Payment is required before the appointment is confirmed. Appointments are not confirmed without payment. Consultation fees compensate Sampson Consultants LLC for reserved time, professional experience. research, preparation, recommendations, and strategic guidance.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled once when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
Missed appointments and cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are nonrefundable.
Customers arriving late will receive the remaining time in their scheduled appointment.
Additional time may be purchased when availability permits.
Calls end at the scheduled time.

Consultation Credit Policy

Up to $50 of a qualifying consultation fee may be credited toward a project valued at $500 or more when the following conditions are met:

The customer signs a project agreement with Sampson Consultants LLC.
The required project deposit is paid within seven (7) calendar days of the consultation.

Consultation credits are not available for:

Product orders
Rush orders
Graphic-art hours
Travel fees
Material costs
Previously quoted work

This policy is designed to encourage customers to move forward with projects while ensuring that professional consultation time is fairly compensated.

Scope of Consultation Services

Consultations provide professional guidance and planning only. Unless specifically included in a purchased package, consultations do not include:

Graphic designs or completed artwork
Written estimates or proposals
Construction drawings or blueprints
CAD or STL files
Engineering services or certifications
Legal advice or representation
Financial advice
Therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment
Materials, products, or completed project work

Additional Consultation Rules

Text messages and social-media messages are not substitutes for a consultation.
Additional questions beyond the scope of the session require a new appointment or additional paid time.
Written plans, research, drawings, estimates, designs, and reports are available as separate services.
On-site appointments may include travel charges based on location.
Emergency or same-day consultations carry a rush fee.

Important Notice

Recommendations provided during consultations are based on the information supplied by the customer. Customers are responsible for:

Providing complete and accurate information
Verifying permits, codes, and professional licensing requirements
Confirming property conditions and legal obligations
Complying with all applicable regulations and requirements

Sampson Consultants LLC does not guarantee a specific financial, business, construction, marketing, personal, or product-development result.

What Counts as Free Customer Service

Customers may receive the following basic information without a paid consultation:

Published prices
Product sizes and available colors
Order status and shipping information
Store policies
How to submit photographs
Whether a particular service is offered

A paid consultation is required when the customer needs:

Recommendations or comparisons
Troubleshooting or problem-solving
Planning or project guidance
Customized pricing strategy
Marketing ideas or design direction
Material or equipment recommendations
Product-development advice
A detailed review of their situation
Repeated calls or messages before placing an order

When a customer’s inquiry requires professional guidance, our response will be:

“I would be glad to help you work through those questions. Because this requires personalized planning and professional recommendations, it would be handled through an Ask Sampson consultation. I’ll send you the booking link so you can select the session that works best for you.”
